下面是Contractor给出的劳务清单：

We hereby propose to furnish materials and labour necessary for the completion of：
1. Remove old shingles down to bare wood
2. Replace any rotten wood ( an added charge of $65.00 per sheet of plywood would apply)
3. Install ice/water shield, 6 feet wide along eaves and in valleys
4. Install Resistor Synthetic underlayment over the balance of the roof
5. Install Owens Corning TruDefinition Duration Lifetime shingles
6. Install 4 Low Profile 85 vents, and 20 feet shingle over-style ridge venting
7. Install 1 new neoprene plumbing stack flange
8. Install all new pre-painted 26 gauge valley, roof channel flashing
9. Caulk where necessary with Tremco Mono 555
10. Leave property free and clear of all debris
11. All workmanship guaranteed for 20 years

之前选了Owens的Shingle是因为它扛风，好安装，但在论坛里看到有人说Owens的Shingle不好，可能会hold水，尽管网上有人说这个问题Owens已经解决了，但还是有点不踏实，又有点犹豫了，所以来问问，Owens/GAF/CertainTeed 到底哪家强？
另外，Contractor强烈推荐ridge venting，说是通风效果倍增，不知这个有没有必要？有没有风险？好像至少Kanata这片用这个的不是太多。
还有，4个Low Vent和2个High Vent，哪个效果会更好些？4个High Vent应该没必要吧？毕竟也是钱啊

不是很懂行，还有没有需要补充或更换的，非常欢迎大家的意见和建议。

这儿有个2012年的观点认为Ridge Venting并不是太好，比较适合类似教堂的那种尖顶结构：
