A Toronto man has been charged with careless driving in a June crash in Perth that killed a 49-year-old cyclist.
Perth resident Christopher Smith, 49, suffered fatal injuries when he was struck by an eastbound GMC cube van as he cycled east on Highway 7 east of Perth on June 28.
OPP in Perth said John Castro, 30, was issued a summons to appear in provincial offences court in Perth on the single Highway Traffic Act charge.
