I just noticed the TD MONENX INSURANCE I had moved to Toronto(scarborough) from Ottawa at Sept.21,the officer told me my monthly payment increase to $159 from $82, I thought I have finished this operation. however, I received a notice printed I must pay additinal $460(include tax) the description is writen "change endorment autobile insurance" I called TD MONENX to ask for what, she gave me a brief answer for change address, I do not know why I still be charged since my monthly insurance has been increased?
