The shooting outside a Gatineau strip club two weeks ago didn’t actually target anyone at the strip club, Gatineau police now say.
Police got a report of someone firing shots from a moving vehicle outside Le Pigale on Gréber Boulevard the evening of Jan. 20.
No injuries were reported.
Analysis of the building’s walls showed no damage from shooting, and after interviews with witnesses police have found nothing to suggest that the club was targeted.
Police said the investigation is continuing.
