Near McDonald’s, Thai Express, A&W and many other restaurants, and grocery shopping.
Bus stop for bus 44 (no transfer needed to Ottawa U) is about 2 minutes walk from the house. Bus 112 is also nearby.
Quiet, safe, & non-smoking environment.
Two Asian females in their 20s (a Chinese student and a Filipina), and the owner (a semi-retired Canadian gentleman in his 50s) currently live in the house.
Female visitors allowed, including the occasional overnight stay.
Sorry, no parking & no pets allowed.
Approximate bus times: to U of Ottawa 22 mins (no bus transfer required); to Billings Bridge Plaza 9-11 mins; from Billings Bridge Plaza to Carleton University +-12 mins.
