Police are on the lookout for a skull-tattooed offender with a rap sheet of drug and weapons charges who is known to turn up in the Ottawa area, according to the squad that rounds up parolees who go on the lam.
Kyle Keon, 29, is Caucasian, five feet 10 inches tall tall and 190 pounds. He has a tattoo of a skull on his right forearm and of a skull with horns and tentacles on his left.
He is serving a two-year sentence for charges including possession of a prohibited or restricted weapon, possession of a weapon contrary to a prohibition order, possession of a substance for the purpose of trafficking, and unauthorized import or export of a substance.
Along with Ottawa, Keon is known to frequent Pembroke, Renfrew and the Kitchener-Waterloo area.
