Those bearings aren't meant to work like that, the German one probably no longer have the grease inside and it's dry, that's why spins longer and it will catch roast in a couple of days if isn't made of stainless steel. The Chinese one on the other side, even it seems have the dust protection in it, that means that have grease inside or probably already catch roast because they previously removed it, will spin slower with the push of a hand, but it will last longer without oxidizing probably. We don't know yet. The real test should be about how fast the balls inside the rings tear off in a defined period of time with and without grease and, at how many rpm's the bearings melt and destroy itself. This video is too misleading.
