Two people were trapped in separate vehicles after a crash Saturday at Canaan Road and Regional Road 174.
Ottawa Fire Services said it used extraction equipment to get both victims out of their vehicles — one in the ditch and one on the street — late Saturday afternoon.
The person trapped in the vehicle on the street was unconscious. The person trapped in the vehicle in the ditch was conscious.
Ottawa fire said it received a call from Ottawa police around 4:30 p.m. Saturday. Ottawa police, OPP and paramedics were also on the scene.
