The Position
We're looking for an Assistant General Manager, specializing in Operations & Marketing. 50 hours/week, full-time position. 本公司即日起正尋找一位副經理，協助餐廳管理及市場行銷。工作時間為一週50小時，全職職位。
The Location
Restaurants are located downtown Ottawa and in Chinatown. Office is located on Elgin Street. 餐館大多都在市中心。辦公室在Elgin Street。

The Position
We're looking for an Assistant General Manager, specializing in Operations & Marketing. 50 hours/week, full-time position. 本公司即日起正尋找一位副經理，協助餐廳管理及市場行銷。工作時間為一週50小時，全職職位。
- In charge of ensuring operations run smoothly in all restaurants 負責餐廳經營管理
- In charge of schedule-making and staff (server/cashier) training 負責定期製作工表及訓練新手【服務員/收銀員】
- In charge of establishing and implementing digital and promotional/marketing strategy 負責實施電子【社交媒體，網站等】，促銷，及所有市場行銷戰略
- In charge of all front-house issues and day-to-day operations 負責處理餐館每日出現的問題與挑戰
- In charge of supply ordering for all restaurants 負責訂購餐館所需的材料
- In charge of assisting in supply management, finance, and HR 負責協助總經理在供應管理，金融，與人力資源上的工作
- ...other responsibilities as ordered by the General Manager ...等等其他上司分配的義務
- Takes initiatives without supervision 自律勤奮，無需上司時時監督
- Great teamwork and communication skills 擁有特別好的團隊精神與語言溝通能力
- Creative mindset to solve challenges and to create new strategies for the company 創意思想協助實行戰略，克服餐飲業所面對的種種問題及挑戰
