根据老夫多年江湖历练，此事不简单。本来对这候选人没啥反感的，现在就有点担忧了。我几年前讲过一个CITY REZONING的事， OU附近有一片区之前是不能做商用的，后来不知怎么弄的，可以变商用，几个**人在出消息前就买下好几个房子，REZONING一生效，立马升值。

现在我不会去选他了。 现在还是在MATT 和JENNA之中选一人吧。

Petition: Ban the recreational use and retail of Cannabis
Objective

The Federal Government of Canada will legalize the possession, retail, and use of recreational cannabis on October, 17, 2018. The duties of the Provincial Government of Ontario give the Municipality Government of Ottawa the option to ban the use and retail of cannabis. The Ottawa residents who sign this petition demand that the city of Ottawa continue the ban on the use and sale of cannabis.

We will not sit by idly and watch our youth and children fall into turmoil, this is not an option for us as parents, residents and responsible citizens. It takes the dedication, endeavors, and active involvement of all decent citizens to end it. We believe this is a battle worthy of fighting. We trust you, our elected leaders to stand with us in protecting our youth and the future of the city that we all call home. It is the right thing to do.

We the residents of Ottawa demand the City Council of Ottawa to NOT permit cannabis retail stores within its city for the following reasons:
· It is the fundamental responsibility of a civil society to protect its vulnerable and impressionable youth and children from any drug related consequence.
· The use of Cannabis impedes early brain development in our youth and children.
· There are already numerous reports of severe health threats and situations to children and our youth in Ottawa where their cannabis is purposely laced with other explicit narcotics that lead to drug overdose, no bodily control, and poison.
· Cannabis, which causes delusion, confusion and hallucinations in the mind becomes hard to detect on site by our police. This will result in the increase of fatal car accidents.
· Drug dealers will openly sell their version of cannabis to the community.
· Marijuana abuse and the worsening drug epidemic will increase the costs of health care and community safety.
· Cannabis negatively impacts the academic performance of students.

繁荣高科技很好，Jenna提倡轻轨早日通到坎屯。如果加上campeau dr.什么时候打通，就更好了。据说Minto因为这原因，秋天不开盘了。蚊子需要继续控制

是否会有更多的清真寺？

市选无关党派。刻意突出族裔背景扯什么中东裔印度裔这不是给华人社区拉仇恨吗？做为少数民族，咱多提倡点正能量行不，谈谈如何超越华人社区文化局限，不仅仅追求个人的成功同时也以各种不同方式回馈社会来得到尊重成吗？多花点时间理解一下啥叫公民社会，公民自治，学习一下犹太裔印度裔是如何融入社会的好吗？见过同样也是少数族裔的犹太民族印度裔公开场合这么给自己社区拉仇恨的吗？
关于David的商圈背景可以好好认真讨论，扯什么中东裔印度裔, 清真寺就非常不合适。

具体就不清楚了，总之商业背景太深的候选人，总会让人不放心，可能会搞出一大堆地产和商业开发项目吧。卡北现在需要维持现状，再折腾下去，房市堪忧啊。
