第一个问题，交通
David 大话很多，没有很多具体细节，但提到LRT，
Jenny, 提到拉关系找funding, 但没有道路交通细节，
Matt 讲了很多路段交通细节 所以， 我觉得Matt 可能是做了较多的调查的
第二个问题： 治安, 大麻 ( i feel all of them dislike the idea of recreational use cannabis)
Matt: more fund to police force to battle increase of crime cases, not a fun of cameras, more education on drugs given the new situation about cannabis regime( it refers to Justine Government)
David: cameras on school area (that won't happen for privacy reason, I believe, just a way of pour money to some insiders),
Jenny: mental health issue, neibourghood watch ( nebourhood watch can't reduce the police's duty, it is a excuse for not increasing policy force)
第三个问题：city finance
Jenny: 2% increase is not enough, need to raise more tax,
David: close look at mosquito tax , increase capital investment ( means more tax, I guess?)
Matt: challenging the mayor and manager why spending is so high, look at where to find savings.
第四个问题：injection sites ( the 4th person (with dark glasses) got good point by pointing the education to the community, not only the students)
David: continue to fund Injection site. the community need the injection sites,
Jenny: injection sites saving lives, more source (supporting teacher, students, family） She seems think more of money in her answer (more tax, in another term)
Matt: injection sites do save lives, but treatment, jobs, etc are all part of solution of that issue. large scale of educating kids on drugs abuse, serious crises
第四个问题：women in government position
Jenny: wish to see more women in government (sure she wants the position, right?)
David: do more for women as soon as possible. concilors represent diversity ( signaling the level of diversity)
Matt: don't agree with 50 -50, promote equal opportunity, not equal result ( I can't agree more on this)! His points on diversity is very correct (in substance)
第五个问题： ward boundary review
David: he does not like Ford cut Toronto councilor position
Matt: it is all about services, may need more
Jenny: huge city, may need more
Closing statements:
Jenny: 大话 again (事先写好的）
Matt: Know very cornor of Kanata （即兴的）
David: recall a little bit of the campaign , councilor is a label-or ( ??? means signaling something?), the statements is not too bad
If i live in north Kanata, I would call and meet Matt to know exactly his position on Cannabis stores. My feeling is all of them are not happy with cannabis front stores. But Matt specially talked about education to kids.
这市议员选举实在是小CASE， 如果啥时掐指的真要去拼刺刀，那就是生死存亡巨大无比的事情才值得让掐算的去拼啊。
