We are currently looking for a mature, clean, responsible graduate or upper year undergraduate roommate to move in with us for Oct 1. The house is in a safe community and it is only minutes away from shoppers, Canadian tire, BMO, and restaurants. The house is very nice and newly renovated. It has a big backyard and kitchen which with four appliances (stove, oven, microwave, dishwashers), and laundry on site. Two grad students will be staying on the 2nd floor (with a bathroom) and I will be staying on the first floor which also has a bathroom.

Parking Space is provided.
