BMW Service Advisor Requirements:

  • Better have experience or knowledge in the automotive repair industry.
  • Detail-oriented individual comfortable with computer programs.
  • knowledgeable of the latest automotive technologies and be a persistent problem solver
  • Team oriented, flexible and focused on maintaining a high level of customer service
  • Must be capable of working independently, effectively managing his or her time and work flow
Responsibilities:
  • Advise customers on the care of their vehicles and the value of maintaining their vehicles ·
  • Maintaining an orderly workplace.
  • Scheduling service appointments ·
  • Dealing with customer's inquiries and complaints
  • Follow up progress of each repair order during the day, ensuring to contact customers by telephone regarding changes in the estimate or time promised
  • Requires working closely with other leaders in the retail facility, planning for the appropriate availability of parts and supplies.
  • Handle telephone inquiries regarding work in process and appointments and return phone messages promptly
  • A desire to achieve the very best in customer service and teamwork
  • Excellent listening skills
  • Additional duties as assigned

French is asset.
Job Type: Part time.
3-4 days/week
