BMW Service Advisor Requirements:
- Better have experience or knowledge in the automotive repair industry.
- Detail-oriented individual comfortable with computer programs.
- knowledgeable of the latest automotive technologies and be a persistent problem solver
- Team oriented, flexible and focused on maintaining a high level of customer service
- Must be capable of working independently, effectively managing his or her time and work flow
- Advise customers on the care of their vehicles and the value of maintaining their vehicles ·
- Maintaining an orderly workplace.
- Scheduling service appointments ·
- Dealing with customer's inquiries and complaints
- Follow up progress of each repair order during the day, ensuring to contact customers by telephone regarding changes in the estimate or time promised
- Requires working closely with other leaders in the retail facility, planning for the appropriate availability of parts and supplies.
- Handle telephone inquiries regarding work in process and appointments and return phone messages promptly
- A desire to achieve the very best in customer service and teamwork
- Excellent listening skills
- Additional duties as assigned
French is asset.
Job Type: Part time.
