RSS HN 44的 2900 Sqrt 卖75万,50尺的2800Sqrt 卖79万
RSS Urbandale 44的2900 Sqf 卖77.5万,50尺的2900 Sqf 卖 80万左右 (一周不到SOlD OUT),网上价格都找不到了。

这样比较下来,好像是差不太多
RSS Urbandale >RR4 Uniform> RSS HN

Urbandale的面积不算Open to above,实际上房子更大一些
