还是你看得仔细。Minto is proposing the development of 455 single-detached homes, 401 townhomes. Claridge-Uniform has submitted plans for the development of 295 single detached dwellings, 530 townhouse and multi-unit residential dwellings.
再加上Beaver Pond 和Acadia，其他一些相对小的项目，是有几千栋新房了。
根本不缺房子，不用抢。

你的逻辑不对，问题不是缺房，而是年年均涨，今年是每平均几年的一次跳涨，跳涨的间歇越来越短

从我去看的几个sites, 排队聊起买房的都是买投资房的，或是南边过来炒房的。没几个是自主或换房的。你是不是接触builder data多一点，还是agent, 可以跟大家分析一下数据嘛。

你说的情况有，但独立新房60万以上当投资房的不划算

Teens sought by Ottawa police after recent swarmings in Riverside South

Ottawa police are investigating three recent swarmings in the Riverside South area.

Officers say incidents happened between March 24 and April 7, and in each, a young person was jumped by a group of other teens near Spratt Road and Canyon Walk Drive.

The group of teens demanded cash and electronics from the victims.

No injuries were reported.

No arrests have been made, but a school resource officer is working with Ottawa police to identify the culprits.

Ottawa police have increased their presence in the area.
