Just bad luck I guess. I wonder how many seniors will fail to qualify because they squeaked over the limit by one or two hundred dollars?

我看了一下，如果没有任何收入，每月OAS+CIS大概是$1500。全年是$18000。不知道这$18000算不算收入。和$19,300已经很近了。
看来福特这门槛算得很精明。
