渥太华房巿怎样了？

大家在抢小房，大的没人买。

最怕有人over leverage， 借债借到极限。最近的小房子涨的太凶。几年涨了一倍，全是买来投资的。大房子反倒不涨。现在有一种很怪的现象。小房子和大房子的价格差很小。有时候地产经纪也看不懂。

利息太低了。贷款22万，利息三年锁定2.79，每月还不到一千，其中一半是本金，这还是降息前。

B.C. joined Manitoba, Nova Scotia, Ontario, Quebec, Prince Edward Island and the Northwest Territories in banning any evictions resulting from non-payment of rent.

这些房子都是刚过户的吧，那应该是一月或者二月卖的，那时疫情还没在北美爆发呢。不过不觉得渥太华房子会降。

分区和房型。投资房我是不懂。但是听经纪说很多人出首付5万，其余借贷。借到极限。
但是大房我还是观察了一些。有些学区房的community比如Beacon Hill North 的家庭收入高的吓人。26万，36万，46万不等，不查一下不知道自己穷啊。房价仅仅80万左右。我估计很多家庭根本就没有mortgage。所以即使他们没工作，也没人割肉。想捡漏很难。
多伦多不知道会怎样。听经纪说房价1.6米，家庭收入8万。是个什么幺蛾子。
