不知为何要到鼻腔里去掏，那得多难受啊，在喉咙深处挖也比这个好受点。
事实上，国内都是在咽部取样的。

咽部深处比较准确，有从喉咙深入，有从鼻腔伸入的。反正是要touch尽可能多的地方，才能探到病毒感染的地方。

为什么之前各种报道中总提100%这个数，是什么用意或目的?

而非常重要或大家想知道的准确率accuracy那个数确没有见提过，这又是为什么? (因为现在砸脚的正是这个数)

没必要太损人家, 这个测试不可能100%准确, 厂家当时就应该公开澄清下. 如果100%准确, 那也是针对厂家实验对象的100%, 而这很可能是所谓的"过拟合"的.
