Flags at half-mast in memory of City employee

Effective immediately, the flags at Peter D. Clark Long-Term Care Home will be lowered to half-mast as the City mourns the loss of an employee who passed away last evening. The employee had tested positive for COVID-19. Flags will remain at half-mast until sunset on the day of the memorial service. In addition, the flags at Ottawa City Hall will be lowered to half-mast until sunset Friday, May 22.
