The on-ramp from Pinecrest Road northbound to Highway 417 westbound will close for Stage 2 LRT work starting at midnight on Monday, March 1. It will remain closed until November. Signed detours will be in place through the duration of construction. Cycling and pedestrian routes will remain open.
The following detours will be in effect during the closure:
From Pinecrest Road north of Highway 417
From Greenbank Road south of Highway 417
Additional ramp closures will be required this spring at Moodie Drive and this fall at Pinecrest. Details for each closure and the detours in place will be provided before the work begins. The Stage 2 O-Train West Extension will run in a trench on the north side of Highway 417, travelling underneath Pinecrest and Moodie.

- Enter Hwy 417 at Richmond Rd on-ramp
From Greenbank Road south of Highway 417
- Turn left on Baseline Rd
- Turn right on Richmond Rd
- Turn left on Holly Acres Rd
- Enter Hwy 417 at Holly Acres on-ramp
