你在这里问没用的，还是去问问太太有没有签下什么合同。

这上面明说了，修理费用自理，如果还能修的话。这个格式合同是卖报废车和事故车的格式合同，绝不是新车合同。买新车的话，这种合同要是签了绝对是脑子有病

没仔细看，新车至少会有3年保修，这个合同没有吗？几乎4万买个as is那可太上当了，即使买used car，价格谈判中，也可以得到部分保修的，as is 只有图个价格极低，风险自负才会成交。

我的理解是三年保修是厂家TOYOTA提供的，可以在任何DEALER做。也许不同合同格式厂家不一样。

我不清楚，如果买新车是这样，在任何toyota店做都可以，我是看上面有人说，修理费用自理，那可就不是厂家保修的意思了。

你还是好好看看合同吧，希望一切顺利。

我觉得可以去Toyota查一查这个月的cash rebate，在跟他谈支票就开给bank st Toyota，最后算一下rebate一次付清
