题目是:User ID Revoked - Canada Revenue Agency
Dear XXX,
We have revoked a CRA user ID and password registered to you. Please read the following message to learn more or visit our website at: canada[.ca]/en/revenue-agency/corporate/security/revoked-userid
During a routine check, we found that one or more of your CRA logins (user ID and password) might have been obtained by unauthorized third parties. You can still login to your CRA account using a different CRA user ID and password, your banking login or using your BC Services Card.
This is not as a result of a breach of CRA's online systems, rather your CRA user ID and password may have been obtained by unauthorized third parties and through a variety of means by sources external to the CRA (ex: email phishing schemes). We have taken this precautionary measure to protect your personal information.
To create a new CRA user ID and password, please visit the CRA login services page at: Canada[.ca]/cra-login-services.
CRA does not include hyperlinks for security reasons, but you can visit our website and enter the URL above to find the web page (remove the square brackets).
There is no requirement to contact us by phone. Once you have regained access to your account, you will be able to manage all of the tax and benefit information that was previously available to you.
If you are unable to use this online option, we ask that you please try again after
March 22, 2021 and call the CRA only if the online option doesn't work for you after this date.
When setting your password, use a strong password that features upper-case and lower-case letters, numbers and acceptable special characters (dot (.), dash (-), underscore (_), and apostrophe (')), and one that is unique to your CRA account. For added security, ensure your user ID is also unique to the CRA.
You can learn more about what to do to protect your personal devices by visiting GetCyberSafe[.ca] which includes resources on how to remove malware from electronic devices prior to resetting new user IDs and passwords to avoid future security incidents.
To enhance the security of your account, you will be required to enroll in multi-factor authentication the next time you log in. Once enrolled, each time you log in to CRA's online services, you will be required to enter a one-time passcode that will be sent via text or voice message to the number you provided. If you cannot use the multi-factor authentication feature, please contact us for assistance.
We are committed to protecting the personal and tax information of Canadians. We appreciate your patience as we ensure the security of your account.
Thank you.
