acetone 说来说去，就是说稀释以后就没事了，还拿大亚湾排水标准来胡扯，完全是撒泼打滚 。大亚湾每台机组一年产生6000吨左右核废水。处理后无法回收的核废水的也就2000多吨。 而日本存了上百万吨要处理的核废水，稀释500-600倍后才能达排放标准，排放总量将达到数亿吨。排放的辐射物质总量高出一般核电站许多个数量级。这是史无前例的事件。有事没事，还真不是技术官僚嘴皮子翻翻能决定的。 WHO 的表现有目共睹，国际原子能机构又能好到哪里去
