CSIS 有国际情报业务，这点类似CIA。 和只负责美国国内事务FBI不一样。
CSIS 在美国国内可能和包括国土安全局,FBI在内的各种强力部门合作。 合作机构不等于对应机构

CCC也是这么想的吧，他那加油站有一半顾客是CSE，另外一半是CSIS。

FBI，RCMP都是警察局，主管刑事案件，情报，间谍不是正式，主要的任务，除了破案必须的侦察。

CSE 不鸟CSIS就对了，我以前一个单位也要background cleance, 单位也不鸟CSIS，只鸟RCMP。也是有期限的。
