Traffic impacts in Ottawa beginning Friday, November 5
The following projects will impact Ottawa traffic:

The following projects will impact Ottawa traffic:
- Booth Street, between Elm Street and Spruce Street, will be reduced to one lane during off-peak hours until mid-December for retaining wall replacement. Watch for flagging and signage related to the closure. Pedestrian and cyclist access will be maintained. Please follow flaggers on site.
- The following Highway 174 ramps and lanes will be closed for Stage 2 LRT roadwork:
- Highway 174 eastbound and westbound lanes will close between Tenth Line Road and Cameron Street from 7 pm on Friday, November 5 until 5:30 am on Monday, November 8. Signed detours will be present.
- The eastbound off-ramp to Tenth Line Road will close nightly between 9 pm and 5:30 am from Tuesday, November 9 to Saturday, November 13.
- The eastbound on-ramp from Saint Joseph Boulevard (at Tenth Line Road) will close nightly between 9 pm and 5:30 am from Tuesday, November 9 to Saturday, November 13.
- The westbound on-ramp from northbound Champlain Street will close nightly between 9 pm and 5:30 am from Tuesday, November 9 to Thursday, November 11.
- The westbound on-ramp from southbound Champlain Street will close nightly between 9 pm and 5:30 am from Wednesday, November 10 to Friday, November 12.
- The westbound on-ramp from southbound Montreal Road will close nightly between 9 pm and 5:30 am from Thursday, November 11 to Saturday, November 13.
- The eastbound off-ramp to Place d’Orléans Drive will close nightly between 9 pm and 5:30 am from Thursday, November 11 to Saturday, November 13.
- The eastbound on-ramp from Place d’Orléans Drive will close nightly between 9 pm and 5:30 am from Friday, November 12 to Saturday, November 13.
- The westbound off-ramp to Montreal Road will close at 7 pm on Friday, November 12 until 5:30 am on Monday, November 15.
- Southbound Montreal Road will be reduced to one lane under the Highway 174 interchange from until mid-November.
- Byron Avenue is closed between Woodland Avenue and Harcourt Avenue daily from 7 am to 5 pm, until Monday, January 31, 2022. Byron Avenue is closed between Lockhart Avenue and Sherbourne Road daily from 7 am to 5 pm, until Monday, January 31, 2022.
- The following Highway 417 ramps and lanes will be closed for Stage 2 LRT roadwork:
- The westbound off-ramp to Pinecrest Road will be closed until summer 2023.
- The westbound on-ramp from southbound Pinecrest Road will close nightly between 11 pm and 5 am from Tuesday, November 9 until Thursday, November 11.
- On Thursday, November 11, the following streets will close near the National War Memorial between 7 am and 1 pm for the National Remembrance Day Ceremony:
- Wellington and Rideau streets between Metcalfe Street and Mackenzie Avenue.
- Elgin Street northbound and southbound between Wellington and Albert streets.
- Queen Street between Metcalfe and Elgin streets.
- Metcalfe Street between Wellington and Queen streets.
