contribution 比例变化才能说明这个问题。总额变化也可能是由于提高了pensional amount。理论上讲，几倍增加，如果没有其它特殊原因，一定是搞错了。

雇主也得加，负担更重

加上最低工资上涨，微利小企业更加雇不起人

这就是物价不控制的恶果，没有免费的午餐，靠印钱刺激的经济最后会自食其果。雇主会把涨工资，涨员工福利支出全都转嫁给顾客，结果就是物价接着涨。货币继续贬
