18年11月之后交房的新房不受租金管控的限制。因为租约合同最多写三个同住人，他可以说写不下，到时候一笔糊涂账。新房本来问题就很多，builder愿意免费修的都是房子本身的问题，只有要付钱的才是人为造成的。要赶走最好的办法是涨租金，涨个50%就结束了。

目前没有自住的计划，我知道的BC今年只能加1.5，这也起不了太大作用
