请教各位关于房客的问题

出租房就是随便嚯嚯的

虽然心疼,只要按时缴租就得过且过吧
 
为啥呀? 就怕弄不好反倒被房客告

18年11月之后交房的新房不受租金管控的限制。因为租约合同最多写三个同住人,他可以说写不下,到时候一笔糊涂账。新房本来问题就很多,builder愿意免费修的都是房子本身的问题,只有要付钱的才是人为造成的。要赶走最好的办法是涨租金,涨个50%就结束了。

这个是Ontario的,BC也有类似的政策吗,搜了一下没找着
 
18年11月之后交房的新房不受租金管控的限制。因为租约合同最多写三个同住人,他可以说写不下,到时候一笔糊涂账。新房本来问题就很多,builder愿意免费修的都是房子本身的问题,只有要付钱的才是人为造成的。要赶走最好的办法是涨租金,涨个50%就结束了。
这只适合于2018年之后的condo. House不在之列。
