我觉得工会也没赢，F省长也没输，回到原点了。下面可能还是得回归惯例。

为了维护议会主权，议会可以用Notwithstanding Clause（以五年为期）Override加拿大宪法/Charter of Rights and Freedoms给与人民的自由与权力

可以override的包括

Section 2
freedom of conscience, freedom of religion, freedom of thought, freedom of belief, freedom of expression, freedom of the press and of other media of communication, freedom of peaceful assembly, and freedom of association.
Section 7
right to life, liberty, and security of the person.
Section 8
freedom from unreasonable search and seizure.
Section 9
freedom from arbitrary detention or imprisonment.
Section 10
right to legal counsel and the guarantee of habeas corpus.
Section 11
rights in criminal and penal matters such as the right to be presumed innocent until proven guilty.
Section 12
right not to be subject to cruel and unusual punishment.

rights against self-incrimination.
Section 14
right to an interpreter in a court proceeding.

这一次本就是2019教师罢工的延续，那次口口声声是为了阻止e-learning 。。
2020到March break，中小学生加起来上过几天课？
March break 后lockdown ，阻止elearning 的后果就不用多说了。。

刚刚结束历经两年多的covid disruptions ，学校逐渐走上正轨，教师/教工工会就卷土重来，人为制造disruptions 。。可耻！

Notwithstanding绝对不是大炮打蚊子，是keeping students in class的必要条件。。不然cupe会end strike?

take it easy，我就是问问，没别的意思。但是楼上说了，扫地的都挣每小时30，这比私企待遇可好多了，我不知道他们在闹什么呢。
