跟卡塔尔关系大了，欧洲不用俄罗斯能源，卡塔尔目前是最大获利者，都跑去卡塔尔买气。

我觉得卡塔尔现在说这个话是居安思危，从卡塔尔嘴里说出来才是真心话，很少政治因素。

世界天然气储量前三名：俄罗斯，伊朗，卡塔尔

卡塔尔可能想法：不能过分投资自己的天然气(如果俄罗斯气不能卖，就卖贵点, 说这个话就为了卖贵点），不能过分依靠天然气出口，要不然最终欧洲又开始用俄气（气价格就跌得可能亏本），卡塔尔就受害
