对呀,10年后,好不容易东拼西凑买的房子供不起了,只顾没上车的,上了车的就该破产倒霉?
所以我说前任央行行长就应该启动加息,房贷的利率也应该和CPI正相关。
当时CPI已经超过3%,央行利率只有0.25%,绝对不合理。

原来有几年,房市很安静,每年升个一星半点,是不是真要回到那个时候利息才消停下来
什么时候多伦多人都谈房就躲了,利息就下来了:(

The federal government's policies are actually driving up house and rental prices, resulting in higher CPI and BOC raising the interest rate. The BOC and the federal government now work against each other. No matter which wins this policy collision, the social problems it created, we, ordinary citizens have to bear it.

房价上涨的动力是人口向大城市涌入。加息只能治表。房价暴涨对移民是有显著的制约,这是自然平衡的结果,不是坏事。

移民涌入,人口即将破4000W,房子滞销,builder新开工下降,这波通胀稳下来三五年后还是看涨。。。
