同时，荷兰光刻机企业ASML首席执行官温宁克向美国发出警告，称限制向中国出口光刻机不是一件好事，这只会加快中国的技术突破。在未来5~10年，中国市场可能不再需要光刻机了。他表示欧美国家的高科技产品可能将在十五年内失去东亚主要国家的市场，如果ASML拒绝出售光刻机，这些国家(指中国)将走向自主研发的道路，而在3年内(中国)将能够完全掌握光刻机技术，而且可以成功降低其生产成本。届时ASML可能失去竞争力，失去全球光刻机市场。
如果中国弄一个一半或者更低价格的光刻机，那芯片彻底玩坏了

If every worker ( or 80%) is in the union, there will be no privilege for some. Will it be bad for a country? Australia, France, and other advanced European nations say otherwise.
