没这么简单，city要搞一个450人的，首先钱就搞不定，然后地点也搞不定，无论选哪，居民商铺都会联合起来抗议，然后盖大楼必须听证会一遍遍走流程，没个两年完不了，说不定保守党上台统统遣返了，哈哈哈。

所以city先搞了一个不要脸的议案，说这是staff说了算，不用议员投票了，还发个假消息骗议员，说要搞在巴屯。结果除了巴屯的两个议员反对，其他不要脸的议员联合投了赞成票，放弃了议员决定权，交给staff了。

city以为这样就瞒天过海，斩立决了。现在真的结果拿出来是nepean，和坎屯，说是坎南，其实贴着坎北，对坎北特别是高科技园区影响更大。nepean的挨着运动中心，所有nepean，巴屯，南河沿的孩子都去的运动中心。还全是单身难民，靠，真是脑洞大啊。
