I want to sponsor my parents to immigrate to Canada. My parents are currently visitors and they are admitted for 6 months. Does anybody know whether I should submit the application to Beijing or I can send it to Bufalo? Do they need to stay in Canada for one year or renew the visitor's visa for another 6 months in order to be able to submit to Bufalo?

听说在加拿大待一年以上的 ，可以在加拿大申请，无需送北京，如果送北京，可就麻烦了，你应该给CIC打个电话问问，他们会非常耐心的回答你的问题。
