那篇文章信息量很大，还说了他在反对加拿大建管道的同时，在他领导下，他的公司却在aggresively 扩展在美国的管道和其它能源设施方面的投资。这意味着什么？

管道和其它能源设施是加拿大摆脱对美国依赖的关键一环，是重中之重。俺现在没时间和你掰扯太多。等俺有空时，专门开一楼来讨论这件事。

他没有反对建管道，只是说修管道需要评估环境影响和尊重原住民的权利。当然这意味着安全、环保成本的大幅提高，这些恰恰是西部油商不愿看到的。

前两年开发商在Kanata ,Barhaven 高尔夫球场要盖房子，大家都很积极反对。 对修管线这样的大事反而不关心后果了。说到底，管道修人家地里， 房子盖在自家后门。
