昨天收到地税账单，发现涨了不少。搜索找到相关新闻如下。

雨水税可以鼓励业主保持绿地，减少市政对storm drain的投入成本。

没有红灯和超速照相，违章停车的罚单收入，地税涨幅至少5%。雨水税和空置税可以缓解地税的上涨速度。

我看了一下，地税去年涨了2.4%，今年涨4.1%

应该给hard surface少的人减，多的人加。别光别出心裁抢钱。

这还是没保证以前的服务前提下 比如收垃圾有了限制，比如渥太华的道路维护 这路是越来越烂 比如冬天除雪 大路除雪还是不错 但是发现很多小区路段根本就不管了
