如果没拿政府的钱和地。也得盖完卖了还银行贷款。这就按市场价来。卖给以前就负担的起的那部分人。
哪家商业贷款现在10%,那叫高利贷
你去问问吧，10%是正常价。
政府给钱？那点芝麻钱就是摆摆样子骗骗左棍选民中的傻子。开发商也就是拿去搞几个餐会玩玩吧。
工期有啊，你动动手指头去市府批准的plan里看一下吧，哈哈哈。baseline/fisher 1000户，工期15年，哈哈哈。baseline/merivale 5000户，工期25年。去年都应该开始动工，现在一点动静也没有，都没有装装样子拉个栅栏。
可负担价格卖？ 多少钱算可负担？ 市府，省府，还有碳税卡尼的左棍党给过数字吗？
醒醒吧，政客只负责骗傻子，不负责解决住房，更不管保房价，涨跌随便，和黄毛大嘴一直打下去，那肯定大跌了，但是就算大跌，更负担不起。
