印航空难调查初步结果:飞行员失误

The aircraft achieved the maximum recorded airspeed of 180 Knots IAS at about 08:08:42UTC and immediately thereafter, the Engine 1 and Engine 2 fuel cutoff switches transitionedfrom RUN to CUTOFF position one after another with a time gap of 01 sec. The Engine N1and N2 began to decrease from their take-off values as the fuel supply to the engines was cutoff.

In the cockpit voice recording, one of the pilots is heard asking the other why did he cutoff.The other pilot responded that he did not do so.

不可思议,发动机难道自己关了?
如果不是发动机自己关了,那就是有一只大肥手关掉了一个发动机,一秒钟之内又关掉了另外一个。
