晒这个没有意义，不知道职业，乘务员还是清洁工，part time还是full time。。。怎么会有说服力？

有的飞行员开始一两年工资可能比这个还低。。。但是那是成为机长的必经之路。。。

我也支持乘务员，但晒这个不能证明。。。

Flight attendants 岗位不需专业技能，不需学历，送送饮料盒饭，其余时间坐着就好。
这工作谁都能干，要是由市场定价，工资应该高不了。

好像一个问题是航班延误等待时间不算工作时间，去机场和回家本身不算工作时间(这个还可以理解，就像我们去上班路上时间不算上班)，但是如果航班取消去机场和回家的时间也不算工作时间，而这些时间确实是为了工作而花出去了，年薪3万多块钱是安省最低工资了，据说 Costco 工作人员年薪有 5,6 万？

说得对。这些时间应该算，应该给工资。但她们的工作时薪也应该降下来。这种不需要高教育，只需普通人基本技能的工作不值得30块一个小时的， 比最低工资高一点就够。

空乘在机场和飞机上等待的ground work都不算工作时间, 飞机动了才算，大点的飞机登机都要搞一个小时，还经常有delay, 空乘一直在忙，却不算上班时间，确实不合理

这些时间已经在30块一个小时的时薪中考虑进去了。否则，凭什么这种不需要技能，高中生就能做的工作要30/小时的工资？

极少拿年薪。按实际工作时间算。是习俗沿袭，时薪不错但登机时间不算。

空乘有时会在居住地以外的城市等候下一航班的工作，等候期间好像也没有工资，但有吃住（听说的）。

2024年，我去年的收入大约是3.5万元，大多数空乘人员也一样。全职工作，当时服务了两年半。

我们平均每月有35个小时没有工资。

登机、延误、下飞机、体检，我们都没有工资。

I made about $35K last year in 2024 and so do most other flight attendants. Full time. 2.5 years of service at the time.

We average about 35 hours every month unpaid.

We don’t get paid for boarding, delays, deplaning, medicals.

• Hourly rates would go as high as $94 an hour in the first year.

• By 2027, senior flight attendants would earn $87,000 annually on average, and 20 per cent of flight attendants would earn $90,000 or more a year.
• There would be significant improvements to health benefits and pension plans, including the legacy Defined Benefit pension plan. Air Canada is the only airline in the country to offer its flight attendants access to a pension that includes a defined benefit component.

30块一个小时的时薪现在似乎也不高了，毕竟这些人要飞上天，也要有一定的可靠性，没必要和卖当牢员工之类比，那个就是出事也影响小
