请教CFC专家们，Bell Mobility phone plan 只能接收，不能回话怎么办？

如题，既不能够往外打电话，也不能够往外发短信，但接收没有问题。今天Bell Mobility 的专家们聊了几个小时，也没解决问题。。专家们建议我去实体店，看是不是Sim card坏了？

我的手机可能有点旧了， iPhone 12 Max, 而且我从来不去update software, 不知道和这个有关系没

看看是否Airplane Mode is ON.

把airplane mode on 和 off 都不行，还iMessage off 了也不行

1. Check iPhone Settings

如果你手头有其他解锁的苹果手机，把你这个手机的SIM卡装上去试试是否工作正常。就可以判断是手机问题还是SIM卡的问题。

另外一个手机是iPhone 7 plus, 现在这个Sim card 装不进去

看来只好去实体店了，幸好还可以用iMessage 发短信，所以和我女儿交流没问题的。不过有的人只使用SMS text message,就没办法发短信了
