请教CFC专家们,Bell Mobility phone plan 只能接收,不能回话怎么办?

如题,既不能够往外打电话,也不能够往外发短信,但接收没有问题。今天Bell Mobility 的专家们聊了几个小时,也没解决问题。。专家们建议我去实体店,看是不是Sim card坏了?
 
我觉得CFC的专家们比Bell的专家们水平高,所以去实体店之前,还是先来请教一下这里的专家们吧,先谢谢啦

我的手机可能有点旧了, iPhone 12 Max, 而且我从来不去update software, 不知道和这个有关系没
 
关机,重新启动试试。

If your iPhone is only receiving calls and not sending them, check your settings for Airplane Mode, Focus (Do Not Disturb), and Call Forwarding to ensure they are off. 1. Check iPhone Settings

  • Try a Different Location: Move to a different area to see if the issue is location-specific.

  • Contact Your Carrier: There may be a network outage or issues with your account or SIM card.
3. Troubleshoot Your iPhone

  • Reset Network Settings:
    Go to Settings > General > Transfer or Reset iPhone > Reset > Reset Network Settings.
  • Force Restart:
    Perform a force restart on your iPhone. This can resolve software glitches without deleting your data.
  • Check for Software Updates:
    Go to Settings > General > Software Update to install any available updates.
4. Check Your SIM Card and Account

  • SIM Card:
    Power off your iPhone, remove the SIM card, and reinsert it to ensure it's seated correctly.

还不行,就去店里让他们看看。

如果你手头有其他解锁的苹果手机,把你这个手机的SIM卡装上去试试是否工作正常。就可以判断是手机问题还是SIM卡的问题。

是中国买的手机吗?我曾经有过因为设置不同,这里的某些功能无法用。
 
看来只好去实体店了,幸好还可以用iMessage 发短信,所以和我女儿交流没问题的。不过有的人只使用SMS text message,就没办法发短信了
