It’s furnished with a queen bed, a queen mattress, a desk, and a chair. Shared kitchen, bathroom, and laundry. Quiet, friendly, clean and tidy home looking for a professional working person or full-time student that is quiet and responsible. It’s for one person only. No smoking or alcohol in the property is preferred. No pet please! It will be available from January 1st, 2026.
Two of our tenants chose to live here again when they moved back to Ottawa! I’m proud that our home is remembered by them!
If you don’t use parking lot and light cooking, price is negotiable!
