floppy and CD-Rom does not work in windows 2000

My HD was divided as two partations, Two weeks ago, I updated my Norton SystemWorks, then my floppy and CD-Rom as well as USB port could not work any more. As I click them, error message shows "incorrect function". Any solutions on it?
