Our client is one of the world’s leading system manufacturers for electrical connector technology and components, mainly for Automotive Industry and domestic appliance industry. Its customers in China now are including Volkswagen, General Motors, BMW, Bosch, Siemens etc. Its products can be used anywhere as long as there is electricity.
Due to its determination to develop China Market, our client is looking for a high calibre individual to be their first employee in China:
Position: Technical Sales - Based in Shanghai
Report to: Headquarters in Europe and Agent in Hongkong
Responsibilities:
- Boost the company’s market presence and enhance its market share in China
- Approach the OEMs in the automotive and domestic appliance industry
- Target OEMs’ sub-suppliers, harness makers and manufacturers of aggregates, study their needs and formulate sales strategies.
- Visit the customers independently, introduce products and then maintain constant customer contacts.
- Keep close communication with Headquarter in Europe.
Requirements:
- Experience in electronic or electrical sector is a must.
- Strong Sales and Marketing skills.
- Experience in Automotive sector or domestic appliance industry is preferred.
- Excellent oral and written English.
- Willing to travel within China as well as on international base.
- Willing to learn and receive training in European Headquarters.
- Able to work independently.
- Driver license C is preferred.
