小孩要注册上学，但出生证是中文的，SCHOOL BOARD 说需要翻译成英文并公正才给注册，哪位大侠知道那里能办啊？律师或中国大使馆？收费是多少？谢谢。

BTW, I first translated my Driver License from the Chinese Embassy. But Transportation Ministry denied that and told me they only recognize translations by an ATIO CT.
