[Survey] Buying new house -- Bargain from the builders between 2002 --- Present

Do a survey...see how much we can get from the builders (including upgrades, but not the upgrades builder offered on the ad. For example, we got our main floor upgraded to hardwood in lieu of carpet from the builder, but actually everyone could get it...i.e. the real bargain you got )..

better with the builder's name...and as a survey for current housing market, the survey is for house bought between 2002--Present...

Give new home buyers in this forum some ideas...

PS. I got nothing from my builder, Urbandale.
