Length of Assignment: 18-month temporary assignment
Salary: $1082 - $1342 / weekly.
Location: Toronto

Description: A unique opportunity exists to provide senior systems analysis/design expertise and project leadership for large complex business applications supporting the Ministry of Education's student information system and related projects. You will: lead complex systems analysis/design; develop/test/implement enhancements to meet legislative, client business needs; lead data modelling/purification/conversion services; train users; lead production runs/support; evaluate service delivery; work with client organizations, stakeholders; lead multiple project teams/external contractors to deadlines.
Qualifications: excellent project-leadership skills; proven expertise in large complex business application design/testing/implementation, Windows 2000/DOS environments, Clipper (xBase Compiler), CL (MS C Compiler), CODEBASE, DBase3, DBU, DSALVAGE, FoxBASE, LINK (MS Linker), PLINK86 (Clipper Linker), QEDIT, Elixir, MS Project, data warehousing technologies; strong advisory, presentation, negotiation, written communication, analytical, problem-solving skills.
