精华 怎么制止自己跳出来的广告？－－急啊

不是在浏览网站时候跳出来，只要上网就隔三差五的出来，都是什么赌场之类的，烦死了，怎么能让广告不出来了？

How about Macromedia Flash player 7? It always pop up after a while...and i really don't like to install it, as they keep updating, does that mean i have to update them again and again? besides, i dont' like to see those flashes, most of the times, they are commerical stuffs. any one can help..., please???
