正确清洁

要预防毛孔粗大，最重要的是清洁工作要确实。清洁时先用卸妆油溶解毛孔脏污，再用泡沫多多的清洁皂或清洁产品。在清洁之后，要注意保湿，让细胞充满水分，毛孔自然会缩小。市场上有一些粉刺水也有收敛毛细孔的功效，或是有收敛化妆水含金缕梅的成份都有收敛毛细孔的效果。除了每天早晚的基本清洁，每周必做的功课还有：每周1~2次去角质松弛老化的毛孔；为了恢复肌肤的弹性。除了涂保养品，每周一次以保湿型按摩霜来按摩，由下而上、由内而外，让成份渗入肌肤底层。

年轻三宝

勤敷面膜

在去除角质后的隔天，选择深层清洁肌肤并收敛毛细孔的面膜，敷完后再用冰过的化妆水擦拭，毛孔缩小的效果立现。也可以自制收缩毛孔的敷面剂，将一匙脱脂奶粉、一匙半的蜂蜜混合，加入一个蛋白，搅拌匀后厚厚的涂在脸上10~15分钟。如果赶着出门也有妙法：将一颗蛋白打到起泡，泡沫越多越好，再将这些蛋白在脸上涂上薄薄的一层，等到全干后直接上妆，掩饰毛孔的效果非常好。
