A NEW townhouse will be finished in the beginning of August, 2004. Two bed-rooms will be available in the middle of August for renting. The owners of the house are researchers. Therefore, a comfortable, convenient, clean and quiet environment will be set up and maintained.
A bus stop is about 30 METERS away from the house, where you can take bus to University of Ottawa (about 15-20 min) directly or bus to Carleton University (about 10-15 min).
The rent for each room is $400 per month and includes utilities, laundry, hi-speed Internet, local phone, air-conditioning (year 2005), free drive way parking if needed and much more. The two rooms can be furnished for free if required by tenants. A kitchen, a living/dining room, a TV set with cable TV, a set of sofas and other facilities are shared as well.
The priority will be given to Ph.D and Master’s students, or mature persons.
