Hey, all! A friend of mine met a problem and we ask for help.
After going through all the job applications, my friend got a reply finally. He was informed that he needed to take an exam for that job.
He had two options: either to take the exam on C++ OR on JAVA. The description of the exam is very ambiguous and too broad. Basically it tells him that he's gonna be tested on the basic knowledge of the field he chose.
Could any friend having similar experience give us some tips or some idea on the exam? Like where should he focus on (concepts? coding? or something else), what kind of form it's going to take, or are the questions going to be hard or ok.
I'm not familiar with IT field...so the question may not be clear too. We appreciate any help or tips from any of you.
